Autum-Winter Menswear Codes.

¡Hola a todos! Estoy de regreso después de haber pasado casi tres semanas enfermo...que en estas fechas es lo peor ¡Con tantas cosas que hacer! 

En fin, con todo eso ya en el pasado hoy toca una entrada para los chicos que los he tenido algo olvidados y es que en muchos sitios ya el invierno esta en pleno apogeo y pues se me ha ocurrido hacer una pequeña recopilación de mis colecciones favoritas para inspirarlos a la hora de vestirse en esta temporada donde reinan las capas y los tonos más acogedores.

Cada una de estas colecciones pertenece a una de las cuatro grandes capitales de la moda, todas con estilos diferentes pero con un mismo objetivo y es dar ideas para crear excelentes atuendos de invierno. Si viven en un país donde no hay invierno, como en mi caso, sigue funcionando con solo reemplazar ciertas piezas y materiales para hacer los looks más frescos.

Hello everyone! I´m finally back after being sick for almost three weeks...this month is the worst to be ill with all the things that one needs to do!

Anyway, with all of that already behind today is all about the guys because I´ve had you quite on the side for a little while and a lot of you might live in places were winter is already in full swing winter wonderland and all! So it was time to do a little round-up of my favorite collections as an inspirational post for you to dress in this season were layers reign supreme along with very cozy hues.

Each of these collections belong to one of the big four fashion capitals, they have very different styles but serve the one main purpose of giving you ideas on creating awesome ensembles for winter. Now, if you live in a country without that season, like me, it still works is just a matter of taking out or replacing some pieces and working with lighter fabrics to make it fresher.

HACKETT LONDON "MAYFAIR"

Esta marca posee diversas lineas pero la Mayfair es sin duda mi favorita ya que siento tiene una vibra un poco más jovial sin dejar de lado la elegancia que caracteriza a Hackett London. Su colección otoño-invierno mantiene estilos clásicos con toques casuales y muy londinenses para un hombre que gusta de lucir impecable.

This brand has various lines but the Mayfair one is my absolute favorite because it has quite the youthful vibe without sacrificing Hackett London´s iconic elegance. The autum-winter collection has all the classic styles with a touch of casualty and its quintessential british spark for a man that works that nonchalant dapperness.

DRIES VAN NOTEN

Obviamente mi marca favorita no podía quedar fuera de esta lista. Esta propuesta con sus piezas bellamente elaboradas y una combinación de telas lujosas con otras más utilitarias es para los chicos que les encanta darle un toque artístico a sus atuendos sin irse al extremo de la pretensión. 

Obviously my favorite brand couldn´t just not be on this list. This collection with its beautifully crafted pieces and a mix between luxe and utilitarian fabrics definetely speaks to guys that love to get that arsty wink on their outfit without going full blown pretentious. 

ALEXANDER WANG

Uno de los reyes del estilo callejero nos trae excelentes opciones para aquellos que gustamos de vestir de una forma más relajada pero igual de estiloza. La verdad usaría todo de esta colección y las botas son una excelente opción para aquellos que se encuentran en sitios donde llueve mucho o hay nieve.

One of the kings of street style brings us great choices for those who love dressing in a more relaxed manner but keeping the stylish factor alive. I would wear every single piece in this collection and the boots are a great option if you live in a place where it rains a lot during this months or if it snows.

BRUNELLO CUCINELLI

El savoir-faire italiano se hace presente en una colección que aprovecha las capas al máximo para crear atuendos que juegan con códigos clásicos como las chaquetas sastre junto a piezas más deportivas como los jeans o pantalones tipo jogger. 

The Italian savoir-faire shines through in this collection that takes layering to a max creating outfits that play with classic codes like a double-breasted jacket and pairs it with sportier garments like jeans and jogger pants. Now that´s what I call high-low!
