Contrario a lo que mi jefe asevera con tanta vehemencia si me gustan los trajes de noche, es solo que no cualquier prenda genera una reacción de amor total en mi. Pienso que si vas a utilizar una prenda que obviamente solo lucirás una vez esta tiene que ser absolutamente especial y hermosa, es por eso que los trajes de noche demasiado comunes hacen cualquier cosa menos impresionarme...razón por la cual algunas alfombras roja realmente me hacen sufrir...especialmente si dichos trajes se ven baratos ya sea por el diseño y/o la tela.
Por suerte, ese no fue el caso con la colección que Isabel Sanchis presentó en el pasado Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Panamá 2016, confieso que nunca había visto una presentación en su totalidad de trajes de noche y cocktail que me encantara pero bueno supongo que siempre hay primeras veces para todo.
Cada traje era único y estupendamente trabajado, una muestra no solo de gusto sino de absoluta clase y entendimiento por su profesión. Fue una colección bastante larga por lo que era imposible subirla toda aquí sin que se hiciera extenuante así que decidí mostrar mis diez trajes preferidos de esta hermosa colección. ¡Espero les gusten!
Contrary to what my boss keeps stating I actually do love evening gowns, is just that not any gown cause an absolute crush on me. It´s my believe that if you are going to wear something that is a one time thing only it should be totally mesmerizing and showstopper, that´s why regular gowns just don´t do it for me...a reason why I suffer so much with some red carpets....specially if said dresses look cheap cause of the design and/or fabric.
Luckily, that wasn´t the case with the collection that Isabel Sanchis presented at the last Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Panama 2016. I confess I had never love a head to toe evening and cocktail attire collection until now, well there is always a first.
Each dress was so unique and beautifully crafted, showing not only absolute class but also a master hand in her field. It was a long presentation and it would´ve been a bit exhausting posting all the dresses here and that´s why I decided to show you my top ten favorite pieces from this gorgeous collection.
