Into the Ville du Papillon - Butterfly Villa S/S 2015.

Hola a todos! Inicio la semana con una entrada con el dulce aroma primaveral y es que mi marca favorita de bolsos Butterfly Villa nos invitó a un brunch en el jardín secreto de Las Clementinas, en el Casco Viejo, con motivo del lanzamiento de su colección primavera/verano 2015 titulada "Ville du Papillon". La mente creativa de la diseñadora Geniesse Pierre nos introduce a un mundo de universos florales, a un jardín idílico donde germinan hermosas piezas destinadas a convertirse en objeto de deseo y admiración. El aroma primaveral, la unión con la naturaleza y guiños a este mundo dentro de nuestro mundo fueron algunas de las características creativas que pude percibir en el diseño.

Las formas de sus bolsos presentaron un variado rango que se extendía desde clutches transparentes a baguettes, totes, mini totes, bowling bags, bucket bags, duffel bags y el insignia de la marca el Laii Bag. Como ya nos tiene acostumbrados a estas bellezas les acompaña un nivel de confección excelente y lo digo por experiencia una BV esta hecha para durar. En la colección se incluyeron dos bolsos masculinos los cuales pase mas tiempo admirando que tomándole fotos, aunque no se preocupes seguro verán alguno pronto por aquí....lo de admirar no fue por gusto.

Una hermosa colección que tuvo una muy buena recepción y no es para menos, en estos días donde las tardes de verano se prestan para ser artífices de gratos recuerdos no hay mejor sitio que el jardín de Butterfly Villa.

Hello everyone! I kick off the week with a sweet spring scent because one of my favourite handbag brands Butterfly Villa invited us to the secret garden at Las Clementinas, in Casco Viejo, for a brunch celebrating the release of the spring/summer 2015 collection titled "Ville du Papillon". The creative mind of the talented designer Geniesse Pierre introduced us to a world of florals, an idilic garden where the most beautiful pieces destined to become an object of desire and admiration blossom. The spring scent, the connection with nature and little winks to that world within our world are some of the creative cues I could percieve from the design and setting.

The bag shapes had a wide range that started at transparent clutches to baguettes, totes, mini totes, bowling bags, bucket bags, duffel bags and the brand´s signature the Laii Bag. As we are already used to these beauties boast a fantastic craftmanship and I can tell from expirience that a BV is made to last. There were also two men bags included in the collection which I took more time admiring than shooting and that´s why there are no pictures of them but no worries because I grant you at least on of them will appear here very soon....all that admiration wasn´t in vain.

A truly beautiful collection which had a fantastic critical reception and it ain´t surprising, these days where summer afternoons are totally biased on giving you the fondest and greatest memories there is no better place to be than in Butterfly Villa´s garden.
