Personal Style #41 - Sunset Glow

Hola a todos! Hoy con un nuevo post de personal style tomando los últimos rayos del día. Soy un fanático de los ocasos y la luz a esta hora de la tarde me parece preciosa. 

Usualmente cuando me preguntan sobre reglas en el vestir digo que las mismas se pueden romper si se hacen con justa medida y hoy estoy probando una de mis teorías; se suele decir que las personas que entran en tallas "plus size" o "extendidas" deben alejarse de las rayas horizontales #overmydeadbody pero creo, y practico, que uno puede usar este tipo de rayas si las mantiene controladas. 

En mi outfit las utilizo pero solo dejo ver una porción de ellas, lo suficiente para usarlas sin que creen ese efecto de redondez por todos lados. Así que tengan presente cuando deseen usar algo que crean no es para ustedes por cualquier factor pueden encontrar nuevas formas de abordarlo si juegan con el styling y le meten un poquito de mente...no mucha jeje.

Hello everyone! Today I´m coming back with an outfit post basking in the last rays of light of the day. I´m a big fan of sunsets and the light at that hour is just so precious. 

Usually when people ask me about rules in dressing I often say that they can be broken if you wear things with a certain restraint and today I´m testing one of my theories. Its usually implied that people that qualify as "plus size" or "extended size"  should run away from horizontal stripes #overmydeadbody but I believe, and excercise, that one is able to do this kinds of stripes if you keep them under control.

In this outfit they are present or at least a fraction of them, just enough to rock them without getting that all around globe look. So keep in mind that whenever you want to wear something you might not think suits you (based on things like body type, skin tone, size or similiar) there is a way it just takes an extra look and a little styling play.
