José Clemente F/W 2015-16 Sartorial Re-invention.

Hola mis queridos lectores! En el post anterior...y realmente varios antes de ese...me he concentrado mucho en moda y estilo femenino por lo que era hora de darle un oportunidad a los chicos en este espacio. Que mejor manera que mostrandoles la reciente colección, presentada en LIF Week, otoño/invierno 2015-16 del diseñador peruano José Clemente; cuyo enfoque en la moda masculina le ha generado reconocimiento no solo en su natal Lima pero en varios países latinoamericanos.

En esta entrega el creativo nos muestra un hombre moderno e innovador que juega con la superposición de piezas para crearse un ´look´ juvenil, prolijo y vanguardista de alto impacto. Las combinaciones en telas, el guiño al rock & roll y la re-interpretación de clásicos sartoriales son los códigos en los cuales el diseñador ha confiado para crear una colección que alude a sus origines y da nuevos aires al futuro de la marca.

Debo decir que en lo particular me gustan mucho los bomber jackets con los detalles tipo camisa y los cierres en sacos y chalecos, creo que allí es donde se hace más notorio el trabajo de actualización de la vestimenta sartorial a un plano moderno.

What better way than with the recent FW15-16 collection, presented at LIF Week, from peruvian designer José Clemente, whose approach to menswear has garnered him recognition not only in his native Lima but in many latin-american countries.

This new take from his creative mind has us envisioning a modern and innovative man who plays his layering to great effect creating for himself a youthful, elegant and forward high impact look. Fabric combinations, rock & roll influneces and a general re-interpretation of sartorial tradition are the codes in which the designer has developed a collection that winks at his origins and at the same time sets its sight on the brand´s future.

I got to admit of being a big fan of the shirt style bomber jackets and the front closeures in vests and suits, I believe this is where the intention of updating the traditional sartorial garments to a much modern field really shines through.
