Finalmente hemos llegado a París y como a una invitada claramente se le escuchó al final de la pasarela de Louis Vuitton... ¡La temporada ha terminado! Aunque para mi si bien es el termino de los meses que conciernen a las grandes capitales, que en parte también determinan las tendencias, la temporada sigue con las semanas de la moda latinoamericanas y asiáticas con Colombia, México y Seúl en mi mira.
París como siempre nos brinda excelencia en costura, hermosos trajes y escenarios para los libros (realmente esos libros serian un 60% solo de Chanel jaja) y claro algunas macro y micro tendencias para terminar esta serie de entradas como se debe.
Analizando estos dos meses de moda creo que se puede decir que las tres tendencias que se alzaron con muchísima fuerza fueron los estampados animales, los brillos y todo lo referente a la década de los ochentas. Con otras tendencias como el ya denominado color de la temporada fucsia, los trajes sastre, la sensibilidad victoriana y la onda western en segundo lugar.

We have finally arrived in Paris and as a guest that was clearly heard at the end of the Louis Vuitton runway show ... The season is over! Although for me it is the end of the months that concern the big capitals, which in part also determine the trends, the season continues with the Latin and Asian fashion weeks with Colombia, Mexico and Seoul in my sights.
Paris as always gives us excellence in sewing, beautiful costumes and scenarios for the books (really those books would be 60% only Chanel haha) and also very clear macro and micro trends to finish this series of posts as they should.
Analyzing these two months of fashion I think you can say that the three trends that came on top with a lot of force were animal prints, shimmer and everything about the decade of the eighties. With other trends such as the so-called color of the season fuchsia, the tailored suits, the Victorian sensibility and the western wave in second place.

Desde Nueva York hasta París el oeste ha sido un punto de inspiración para muchos diseñadores quienes hacen homenajes directos al estilo o en otros casos referencias sutiles.
From NY to Paris the wild west has been influencing various brands whose designers sometimes do a very direct homage to it or a more subtle take on the subjet.

OUTERWEAR REVISITED.
Las prendas de abrigo y protección como las chaquetas, parkas, entre otras, son parte del lenguaje de moda para las temporadas otoño e invierno, sin embargo muchas marcas parisinas optaron por llevar el diseño de estas piezas fundamentales un paso más allá conservando su función ante todo.
The pieces that give coat and protection like jackets and trenches are an integral part of the autum and winter fashion language but parisienne brands have opted to take the design element and pushing it a little further to create interesting garments without sacrificing their functionality.

FLEURS ENLARGED.
Aunque suelen ser tradicionales de la primavera siempre podrán verse algunos estampados florales durante las temporadas de invierno, en esta ocasión dichos motivos vienen maximizados creando visuales de alto impacto.
Though flowers are a traditional spring affair the winter season is no stranger to them, those are usually called moody florals, now this PFW designers took florals and maximize them creating high impact beautiful visuals.

THE HOURGLASS
Una tendencia muy vista durante todas las semanas de la moda fue el uso de una diversidad de cinturones que ayudaban a marcar la cintura creando una silueta ultra-femenina. Cual sea la opción preferida desde cinturones Obi hasta cadenas el enfoque es crear la silueta reloj de arena.
A trend that came in almost ever fashion week was the use of a diversity of belts to punctuate a definition in the waist creating a very femenine silhouette. Whatever your choice is from Obi belts to chains the name of the game is highlighting that hourglass figure.

PARIS JE T´AIME
Es considerada la capital de la moda y la cuna de la Alta Costura, y sin duda que al pensar en el estilo parisino son los suntuosos y hermosos trajes de noche los que vienen a la mente de muchos. Es por eso que decidí dedicar esta última casilla a los trajes que me robaron el aliento. De hecho los exhorto a que vean estas pasarelas en vídeo pues créanme que las fotos no les hacen justicia.
She is considered the capital of fashion and the birth home of Haute Couture, when we think in parisian style an imagine that often comes to mind are thos gorgeous decadent dresses that make you feel like your wardrobe is anything but special. That is why I decided to use this last box to highligh the evening gowns that totally took my breath...also apparently I had a thing this season for dresses showing the feet. I really encourage you to view these collections in video because believe me the pictures do no justice to the garments.

Con esta entrada pongo fin a mi top 5 de las cuatro capitales de la moda y las tendencias que en ellas encontré, esperando que haya sido de ayuda para todos ustedes tanto informativa como entretenidamente. Las tendencias no son algo para seguir al pie de la letra, más bien son una recomendación para ayudarnos a entender que está en la mente de los diseñadores y hacia que dirección se mueve la moda a nivel de lo que posiblemente se encontrará en tiendas.
With this entry I complete my F/W top 5 from the four big capitals of fashion and their currents trends, hoping that they may have been helpful to you as an informative medium and of course an entertaintment value. Remember that trends are not something to follow rigorously, they function more as outfit ideas and to show what route fashion might be taking when it comes to shopping options.
